The project launches!
After some crazy late hours over the Thanksgiving holiday break, the Connected by Distance project has now officially kicked off!
Connected by Distance is a project meant to help showcase the power of online community to change, influence, and improve our lives. The goal of this site is to help facilitate the showcasing of that power by allowing people from around the world to share stories about their lives and the impact online community on it.
Eventually, when there is enough of a story pool built up, I’m going to be turning a collection of the best stories into a printed book. Hopefully this book will help spread the message of online community power to an even wider audience.
